He has held key roles as a Senior Manager and in Compliance at a reputable Disability Service Provider, where he developed and implemented risk management strategies to enhance service delivery.

Kulwinder's experience in risk management and compliance has enabled him to develop comprehensive risk assessments and management plans for NDIS participants, guiding support staff to provide tailored and effective care. He has also played a key role in Incident Management, overseeing the timely reporting and communication of incidents to all relevant stakeholders.
