Resume Writing

Your resume is the first impression you make. We help you build one that genuinely represents your experience, your strengths, and your goals. For participants entering the workforce for the first time, or returning after a gap, we make sure your resume works for you, not against you.

Interview Skills

Interviews are a specific skill that can be learned and improved. We work through what employers are looking for, how to present your experience clearly, how to answer difficult questions, and how to manage the pressure of the process itself. We practise with you, give honest feedback, and build your confidence practically rather than theoretically.

Accessing and Entering Employment

Finding the right role, making a compelling application, and navigating the practical steps into a new workplace. We support participants through each part of the process, including understanding any workplace adjustments that may be relevant to your situation.

Sustaining Employment

Getting into a job is one challenge. Staying and thriving in it is another. We provide ongoing support for participants who are already working and want help managing the demands of the workplace alongside their life with disability. Whether that means navigating a difficult workplace situation, adjusting to a change in role, or building toward the next step in your career, we are here for the long run.
