SERVICE BREAKDOWN
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
SIL is for participants who need regular, often daily, support with tasks at home to live as independently as possible. We deliver SIL in real homes, not institution-style environments. Every support arrangement reflects the individual participant's plan, preferences, and goals. Your home is yours. We are there to support you within it, not to manage it for you.
Short-Term Accommodation and Respite
Short-Term Accommodation gives participants a safe, supported place to stay temporarily, while giving family and informal carers a planned break. We deliver STA in comfortable, well-staffed arrangements that are tailored to each participant's specific support requirements. A respite experience should feel like a genuine change of scene, not a holding pattern.
Medium-Term Accommodation
When your longer-term housing is not yet ready, MTA bridges the gap. It ensures you are never left in an unsuitable or unsafe living situation while waiting for a permanent arrangement to become available.
Shared Living
Shared living can be a genuinely positive experience when it is managed well. We work with each participant in a shared home individually, maintaining separate support plans and respecting each person's rights within the shared environment. Matching participants thoughtfully and managing house dynamics carefully are part of what we do.
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
SDA is purpose-designed housing for participants with very high support needs or extreme functional impairment. SDA funding is assessed separately and is not available to all participants. If you think you may be eligible, your support coordinator can assist you. We can discuss your accommodation options as part of your broader planning conversation.
