Support 24x7 is a registered NDIS provider based in Mawson Lakes, South Australia. We support adults and children right across the state. Every support arrangement we deliver is built individually, around the person, not around what is easiest to roster or cheapest to deliver.
We believe you are the expert in your own life. That means the decisions about how, where, and with whom you receive support belong to you. Our role is to understand your goals and then bring the skills, the people, and the consistency to help you achieve them.
We are proud of the participants who came to us after difficult experiences elsewhere and finally found a team that worked. That trust is not taken lightly. It is earned every day by the workers who show up, the coordinators who follow through, and the management that genuinely cares about what happens in every support relationship we hold.

The People Who Make It Real
Our support workers are socially and culturally sensitive, and they understand that working in someone's home, or accompanying them in the community, is an act of genuine trust. We select them accordingly.
Every team member holds the required NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, relevant certifications, and the ongoing professional development needed to deliver support to a high standard. But qualifications alone do not make someone a good support worker. Empathy does. Consistency does. The ability to listen and adapt does. Those are the qualities we look for.
We match workers to participants based on compatibility. Skills, cultural background, communication style, shared interests where relevant. When a match is not working, we address it promptly. We do not leave participants in an uncomfortable support relationship because it is inconvenient to change.

Support 24x7 holds full registration under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission across all our support categories. We are subject to independent audits and the NDIS Practice Standards. For NDIA-managed participants, our registration is a requirement. For everyone, it is a baseline of accountability that we believe every provider should be held to.
