This assistance is aimed at supporting individuals whose disability makes it difficult for them to access transport. Assistance includes the provision of appropriate transportation methods such as taxis, rideshares, community vehicles etc. Depending on the level of support required, a support worker may accompany an individual during transport to assist them where necessary.
